During his 10 years as MD at Badenoch & Clark the company’s turnover increased from £130m to £350m. Through organic growth, of course: but he also led acquisitions and successful expansion into Europe, Asia and Australia. He can walk the walk.

Neil believes that all companies work best when employees are fully engaged. Badenoch & Clark was an employer of choice in The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For survey from 2004 until 2007, and Neil himself achieved top ten inspirational leader status in that survey for two years running.
