Nick Eaves worked for a Law Firm in Australia, before spending 15 years with Badenoch & Clark, helping the business grow from 70 people in 1995 to 450 in 2010.

He is a specialist in building teams – and delivering teams for clients across the private sector, including Change Management, Communications and Technology. His mantra of customer service excellence has consistently helped to deliver great people and great value to customers.

Nick enjoys strong relationships with many of the UK’s largest businesses and has looked after delivery to companies such as GlaxoSmithKline, BT, Network Rail, BP, WPP, GE, Shell, and TUI.
