Arnie recruits across the Project & Programme Management field and has more than 10 years’ experience recruiting in Scotland, having worked in both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Arnie’s personal philosophy is a simple one, to build open, honest, long-term relationships and to listen and learn from one and all.


Arnie really understands the importance of asking the difficult questions of clients and candidates and getting to grips with the right behaviours and cultural fit, as well as the practical requirements of roles and opportunities. Arnie’s considerable success over the last 10 years has been achieved through building long term relationships based on trust and an honest commitment to always delivering.


Outside of work, Arnie is an avid reader, film buff, fancies himself as a historian and once used to hit a cricket ball quite a long way for his beloved club. Now an obsessive swimmer and part time Mozambiquan game-fisherman, Arnie sees his future as an average golfer and can be seen replacing divots and raking bunkers all around central Scotland most weekends.
