In her quest to find ‘proper’ coffee in the UK, Ellie has settled in East London where she spends her free time with friends in and out of cafes and restaurants in Shoreditch. Ellie, like many Kiwi’s is also a keen traveller and often spends weekends away visiting different cities in Europe, so far her favourite has been Florence.
