Emma started her 12 year recruitment career as a consultant within Financial Services going on to lead very successful teams in that sector. After starting a family Emma moved into the private sector specialising in Senior Finance for the Retail, FMCG and Telecoms markets.


Emma’s strength as a recruiter lies in her determination to ensure that candidates and clients are offered the best service possible through an open and honest approach, developing long term relationships based on understanding and trust. As a consultancy Stanton House reflects Emma’s values whilst offering her the flexible working environment that is much needed with 3 small boys at home!


When Emma is not running around after her boys attending various sporting activities she enjoys seeing family and friends and cooking.
