Leah De Silva brings a unique skill set and impeccable values to our customers in her role as a Non-Executive Director.


Following 10 years building market leading teams within Legal Recruitment, Leah joined the London Development Agency, helping big business in the City contribute to finding work for London’s unemployed. This has given her invaluable experience of the public sector and of the work that corporates are involved in to help their local community.


Leah has a clear vision of Stanton House as a critical friend to business in all areas, not just in terms of recruitment. In a Non-Executive capacity she is perfectly placed to add value to our customers and sees that honest brokerage is a vital part of what Stanton House is all about.
