Lee has over 5 years’ experience recruiting qualified finance professionals in the Thames Valley, with experience in both the interim and permanent markets.


Lee enjoyed success for a well-known international multi-disciplined recruiter, before moving to a niche finance and change management recruiter to assist with the start-up of their new regional office.


Lee is well networked in the telecoms and technology sectors, but has experience of recruiting for a range of FTSE-listed businesses. He believes Stanton House has a real opportunity to establish itself as the market leading finance recruiter in the Thames Valley region.


Lee is a keen sports fan, and regularly spends the weekend playing football or golf (hacking his way around the course!). During the rest of his spare time Lee enjoys eating out, and like most people, a good holiday!
