Educated in the UK, Richard graduated from university in Nottingham with a BA (Hons) in Economics and over the last ten years has lived and worked in the UK, Australasia and Asia building up a significant professional network.


Starting his recruitment career in the UK, specialising in placing senior finance, operations and change management professionals across the Banking, Real Estate and Telecoms industries, Richard moved to Hong Kong in 2008 to work for Judd Farris Property Recruitment Asia. His role as Regional Business Development Manager Asia enabled him to build up a significant network of senior business leaders in the real estate and private equity sectors across Asia, whilst delivering a number of successful mandates within his role. Richard now leads the Asia business for Stanton House and focuses on working with senior finance and operational talent, delivering retained, search and contingent recruitment methods.


An avid Hull City fan, at 33 years old he has recently come out of retirement to play football in the humid climate of Hong Kong and is also the Chairman of the Hong Kong Hull City Supporters club! Richard spends a lot of his spare time fulfilling his passion for travel.
