If this is your first role in recruitment, you’ll be guided through a 16-week programme with an optimum mix of structured group sessions and on-desk coaching to provide you with the best start to your career at Stanton House.

Experienced Recruiters
We will tailor our induction programme to suit your experience and skills, and offer a clear progression structure to support you down the management or non-management route.

Leaders
We have two training programmes to develop leadership skills:
