With Brexit looming and our uncertain climate becoming more ambiguous by the day organisations are increasingly looking to the Interim market for their next hire but while the appetite grows daily, the understanding of it is withering away depriving organisations of the top tier of talent.  

Interims are delivery focused, introduced with a clear time frame and defined set of deliverables. They are often specialists in one subject matter and offer a productive and prompt solution with the entire interview and selection process taking no more than two weeks to complete.

But; as organisations turn to the Accounting & Finance Interim market having only had hiring experience in permanent placements, the once simple and effortless process is being bombarded with second and third stage interviews causing the top tier of Interim talent to walk away.

The climate and move to Interim means professionals are hugely in demand and will often have multiple offers on the table, organisations that prolong the interview process are at risk of losing this talent which will often accept the earliest offer presented to them.
