I have worked with Stanton House as both a candidate looking for a role and as a client looking to recruit talented individuals. As a candidate Stanton House sort to understand the kind of role and organisation that best suited my skills and the direction I wanted to take my career in. From a client perspective Stanton House have really understood the needs of our business as it makes the difficult transition from Print to Digital, and the type of individuals that would best fit within the team and culture we are developing.

Client: Ovo Energy

Industry: Energy

We engaged Stanton House to find a Head of Strategy to support our ongoing rapid growth plans. It was clear from the calibre of the shortlist, and the individual we ultimately appointed, that they had gained a very strong understanding of our culture and values, something that is fundamentally important to us in any recruitment partner we work with.

They try to make things as simple as they can for their customers and continually strive to deliver an excellent experience.Since their inception, they have delivered exceptional growth in customer numbers and become clearly associated with transparent and fair deals for the customers, whether that is a consumer, business or community.

Client: Coutts

Industry: Financial Services

The team at Stanton House worked very hard to develop a deep knowledge of what we needed to create an exceptional Change Management function; they really understood the cultural aspects. They consistently delivered exceptional results and have played a significant part in building a team able to deliver what the business needs.

For more than 300 years, Coutts have delivered exceptional service to clients, providing private investments to wealth management, commercial banking to tax advice. The Bank prides itself on building professional relationships that last. This applies both to the Bank's Customers and their chosen supply partners.

When embarking on a significant restructure of their internal Change Function, Coutts turned to a group of specialist Change Management Recruitment providers. Stanton House was engaged alongside five pre-existing preferred suppliers (Stanton House had no history of working with Coutts before this point) with the remit to attract, identify, shortlist and on-board a significant number of permanent roles within the Change Management function.

The roles encompassed the delivery of Change Management across the following functions; Operations & Risk, Products & Services, Front Office and PMO. The roles ranged from Project Managers and Business Analysts to Programme Directors. The scale of the undertaking was anticipated to be 14 permanent hires, including the Head of three of the four functions, these roles being at Executive Director Level.

Client: Berry Bros. & Rudd

Industry: Wine and Spirits

Having worked with many recruiters during my finance career, many claimed to be different but transpired to be the same and very mechanical. I was pleasantly surprised with Chloe’s approach to truly understanding my requirements and only recommending candidates from her network that were genuine contenders and after she had seen them in person first. This certainly made the interviewing process more effective

With two Royal Warrants, over 300 years of history and eight Masters of Wine, Berry Bros. & Rudd is Britain’s original wine and spirit merchants. With services including a Wine Club, Cellar Plan, Tutored Tastings, Private Wine Events and a Wine School, they provide the closest link between those who make the wine and those who drink it.

Berry Bros. & Rudd offers a selection of over 4,000 bottles to wine and spirit-lovers in the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan through stores, warehouses, and outlets, and to people across the world through their award-winning website. While they embrace progress, they also value their traditions.

Still run by members of the Berry and Rudd families, they continue to supply the British Royal Family, as they have done since the reign of King George III. Most importantly, they still believe that everything you should look for in a wine or spirit comes down to one simple question: ‘Is it good to drink?’

Client: Arqiva

Industry: Telecommunications

We embarked on a number of simultaneous change projects that required a significant number of new skills across areas of finance organisational change, implementation of a new planning tool and IPO process. We turned to Stanton House to provide such skills at short notice and at material volumes. Jamie spent considerable time understanding our needs and found interim staff that were ideally suited to the challenges. The recruitment process was efficient and highly focused on quality candidates which resulted in quick delivery of the projects. The staff recruited were also able to grow quickly in their roles and offer assistance with other business imperatives. The success of this upskilling exercise was down to Jamie’s perseverance, effort in mastering the internal process and professionalism. Jamie has built an enduring relationship with me and Arqiva.

I had an excellent experience working with Chloe on filling a project role. We had very particular requirements and the role was for a specialist area, therefore we anticipated a lengthy process to find the right candidate. Chloe managed to find a number of high quality, suitable candidates in a much quicker time than we anticipated. Throughout the process Chloe kept us informed of all potential options she had available and her communication was excellent. The project is progressing well and getting the right project lead has been a big part of the success. I look forward to working with Chloe again in the future
