Commercial Finance Business Partner required for a global telecoms business based in Berkshire!
£60,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Finance Business Partner to join a fast growth telecoms business based in Berkshire. You will be the key Finance Business Partner to the Commercial Teams for Business and Insurance reporting directly into the Head of Commercial Finance. You will have the opportunity to make commercial decisions and provide analysis and support to both the Commercial Teams and Senior Management teams and be a part of an exciting new business offering. We are looking for someone to join an organisation who welcomes those that wish to help shape the future of the organisation and be right at the forefront of the business.
To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA).
- University degree.
- Commercial Finance experience in a large matrix organisation.
- Experience of working for a Telco/Tech or FMCG business would be desired.
- Solid influential capabilities with the ability to hold strong negotiations.
- Strong excel and reporting experience.
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise and manage tasks efficiently to deliver against required timescales.
- The ability to build strong, professional relationships across the business.
- Experience in providing analysis and commercial decision making.
A little more information about the role:
- Constructively challenging, providing high quality decision support and influencing.
- Drive decisions forward, developing regular and ad hoc reporting to help support the understanding of performance.
- Work with the business owners to produce budgets, continually developing the forecasting and budgeting schedules and communicating the key points and assumptions to the business.
- Producing ad hoc analysis and support on initiatives, understanding business performance, including interpreting the analysis to draw out key learning's and suggestions for areas of improvement, and presenting information to internal stakeholders.
- Produce financial analysis for business cases as required for new initiatives to help support the growth of the Business.
- Providing valuable input into meetings and challenging where necessary.
