A business-minded and driven FP&A Manager is required for a 12-13 month fixed-term contract based in Berkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large organisation going through a major transition and to be a key part of a dynamic finance team.
The FP&A Manager will be responsible for building partnerships with senior management and to support key decision making. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing forward looking insight and decision support to the senior leadership.
- Working across various business units in order to produce high quality material used for key stakeholder communications and reporting.
- Understanding key impacts to support financial, commercial and operational performance.
- Preparing and developing strategic planning and forecasting models.
- Improving the flow of financial information.
- Process improvement and ensuring financial controls are robust.
To be successful for this assignment, you will need to be fully ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified. It is also essential that you have:
- Ability to operate effectively and communicate and influence at all levels within the organisation.
- Exceptional quality standards and attention to detail and an ongoing desire to push for new approaches, insights and presentation methods.
- Proven experience of working to, and delivering against, tight and critical deadlines, around month end and various planning processes.
- Track record of working at a high level of accuracy.
