My universally recognised client are currently searching for a Global Change Manager to join their West London business on a permanent basis. This role requires someone who has experience building a Change Management practice, with a global reach, and has worked across a variety of programmes, including Digital / Finance / HR Transformations.

In order to be considered for this role you must have:

  • 10+ years experience in Change Management roles with multiple global programmes worked on from a Change Manager position
  • Experience working on a variety of projects ranging from IT / Processes/ People/Ways of working / TOM / HR/ Finance
  • Change management qualifications
  • Very strong senior stakeholder management skills - ideally cross culturally
  • Experience in developing an internal change management methodology
  • The ability to manage conflict and challenges in an empathetic manner
  • Comfortable working in highly ambiguous environment
