The Successful Applicant

As the HR Business partner you will need to demonstrate the following core competancies:

  • Technical knowledge and skills

Specific duties include

  • Produce People plans and support the company Talent Management process as needed.
  • Delivery and accountability for People Analytics and reporting
  • Undertake salary benchmarking and submit equity requests where required in specific business area of responsibility and the People Services Projects as required and review policy revisions completed by People Operations
  • Lead on change management initiatives in business area e.g. TUPE and restructuring
  • Advise on, and where appropriate manage escalated ER issues, immigration issues and any other complex people queries in specific business area of responsibility
  • Support the Reward Strategy, including supporting annual Bonus and Pay Review processes in specific business area of responsibility

For this role you should have knowledge and experience of the following:

  • Contractual and Employment law
  • Reward and compensation management
  • People Analytics
  • Employee Relations
