Stanton House are delighted to be partnered with a multinational company based in Buckinghamshire.
As the HR Business Partner, you will be reporting into the HR director. You will be responsible for supporting the International growth, Reward and Global Mobility.
Responsibilities will include:
- Challenge the Directors, Department Heads and Line Managers to deliver their KPIs in line with the overall objectives
- Support Global teams by ensuring they have planned resource in emerging markets including new market entry teams and have on-boarding strategy with a full induction into the business
- Business partnering with directors within the Finance, IT and Marketing divisions; supporting them in developing a robust and commercial long-term people plan which aligns with and delivers the business objectives
- Supporting Line Managers with mapping, recruitment & selection, employee engagement, internal communications, performance excellence and people development
The Successful Applicant
- HR generalist or an experienced specialist with strong business partnering background
- Experience of operating in International markets would be desirable
- Experience working within a medium to large sized company is desirable
- Consumer/ retail background is desired.
