An international professional services firm is seeking a Compensation & Benefits SME to support the implementation of SuccessFactors Compensation module.
The Programme Lead described the role in the following way: "We have a complex and intertwining compensation process which ties into our front-office processes, so it's a critically important workstream on our SuccessFactors programme."
Reporting into the SuccessFactors Deployment Lead, your remit will be to work closely with HR and business stakeholder to ensure Comp & Bens design in SuccessFactors meets business requirements. This will entail managing and taking part in global design workshops, quality assuring the Systems Integrators configuration, support UAT, testing and deployment to user groups.
Other responsibilities include:-
- Analysis and evaluation of requirements
- Joined up solution and process design thinking
- Guiding and challenging the third-party system implementation partner
- Ensuring that the solution design is fully documented in an accessible way
- Supporting "user training" as required.
Key skills and responsibilities include:-
- Experienced and credible "Subject Matter Expert" in the Compensation field, with solid SuccessFactors Compensation modular experience
- Track-record in providing guidance to the functional team and SI partner
- Experience of major change Programmes where the rollout of SuccessFactors as the core People system.
- Strong business acumen and ability to quickly have a thorough understanding of how the business operates and support the development of new and improved ways of working.
- High levels of influencing skills and the ability to "sell" new ways of working to the business
- Ability to work within a programme environment with firm timescales
