A specialist manufacturing organisation is looking for a HR Business Process Analyst to support their HRIS implementation and act as the HR Subject Matter expert for the project.
This is fantastic opportunity for a HR Process Analyst or HR Business Analyst to get into the detail of improving HR process, support change in ways of working and ensure the new HRIS meets business requirements.
Your remit will be to working closely with the central HR team and wider HR operation to define new end-to-end HR processes, HR Systems functional requirements and improve ways of working. You will also be responsible for the liaising with the IT team and play a key role in co-ordinating UAT, training and ensuring strong adoption/uptake of the new HRIS.
To successfully deliver in this critical project role, you will need to have:
- Proven experience of HR business analysis or HR process re-engineering within a Manufacturing, logistics or other industrial environment
- Experience of supporting change management activities - such as user adoption, training, embedding new ways of working and UAT within HR teams
- Excellent ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, both across the wider business and HR in a 'immature technology environment'
- Experience of or exposure to HR systems selection, RFI/RFP
- Exposure to working cross-functionally, specifically with IT and wider business stakeholders
A little more about the role - you will:
- Ensure crucial facts and details are correct so HRIS project deliverables will meet the needs of stakeholders, legislation, policies and standards
- Agree Post-Deployment KPIs with the HR functional leads and Project Sponsor to measure the success of the implementation
- Accurately represent the HR business units' needs to the project/program team
- Communicate project aims to HR and business stakeholders
