Your primary role responsibilities are to analyse and document HR operations processes, assist in defining and embedding new workflow requirement, develop user guides and establish new HR operating procedures where necessary.
Most of your engagement with be with the project team and HR SMEs across the function. In addition to this you'll ensure that there is a consistent look & feel for all documentation and help with HR data capture.
To successfully deliver in this HR Business Analyst role you will need to have:
- A track-record of working as a HR Business Analyst in a HR transformation programme
- Strong understanding of HR operations and associated processes and policies
- Excellent ability to forge relationships at all levels
- Understanding of employee journey / customer journey mapping (joiners, movers and leavers)
- Project management mindset (working to deadlines, contributing to reports, priority management)
Any additional experience with Workday, ServiceNow or Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous
