A market-leading technology business based in Buckinghamshire is looking for an experienced Learning and Development Manager to support the business on a 12 Month FTC.
To successfully deliver in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience in designing and delivering learning solutions and experiences through a variety of learning methods/platforms.
- Previous experience managing a large team of skilled L&D professionals in a mid-sized/growing organisation.
- Proven ability to influence Directors and senior managers.
A little more information about the role:
- Plan and monitor learning activities throughout the financial year, adapting the plan on an ongoing basis to address business needs and ensure offering is scalable.
- Be an active member of the HR leadership team, steering the focus and promoting collaboration across the department. Chair departmental meetings on a regular basis across the financial year
- Own the L&D budget, working with Finance and the Head of Talent, Engagement & Diversity
- Working closely with the business's management team, gain a thorough understanding of the organisation's learning and development needs through regular training needs analysis to meet the business outcome for now and mid/longer term.
- Introduce measures of success to determine return on investment from the L&D team
