Stanton House are seeking a Lithuanian speaking Financial Accountant on a 6 month Outside IR35 contract.
The Role:
As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's accounting and finance operations. You will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the Director of Accounting and Finance Operations to ensure the successful completion of monthly and annual financial results for our global group.
Be the driving force behind generating and posting monthly journals for both our UK and group entities, while also conducting necessary reconciliations and reviews.
Take global ownership of intercompany processing and methodology to ensure seamless financial transactions.
Act as the go-to expert within the finance department for addressing technical accounting and system-related inquiries.
Lead the production of consolidated annual statutory accounts and individual UK entity statutory accounts, all currently prepared under FRS 102.
Play an integral role in supporting the audit process across our global group, working collaboratively with auditors.
Provide critical support for the adoption of new accounting standards across the organization.
Continuously improve processes, controls, statutory reporting, and the application of accounting standards.
Utilize your expertise in financial controls to enhance our financial stability.
What We Look for in Your Professional Skills & Key Capabilities:
Technical Skills:
ACA/ACCA qualified.
A minimum of two years of post-qualification experience, gained either in practice or within industry.
