An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly driven P2P Process Lead to join a global organisation for a period of 6 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who has deep experience of the responsibilities listed below at a functional level and is looking for a new challenge.
As the P2P Process Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Procurement Processes
- PO/PR set up and implementation
- Accounts Payable - DOA/ToA
- Payments
- Expense Management / Projects / CAPEX
- Tax
- Cash Management
- Technical Interface (Bank, Legacy)
- Data Conversion and ETL
- Functional Design Documents
- Testing Processes (FUT/SIT/UAT)
- Training
- GL Management, Chart of Accounts construction
- Good basic knowledge of Reporting requirements (R2R)
To be successful for this assignment, you will need to be fully ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified. It is also essential that you have:
- Several years PQE and significant experience as a Functional Senior Consultant
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident and communicative.
- Has had experience with and is comfortable using several finance systems and packages.
- Exceptional numeric skills, financial problem-solving and be able to work well under pressure.
