Stanton House is delighted to be exclusively partnering with InHealth to recruit a Senior ETL Development Lead to join their team near High Wycombe.

We are looking to speak with experienced ETL Developers who can lead and develop a small team of developers, acting in a leadership capacity and bringing a depth of experience, support and process knowledge to the Informatics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, development, enhancement and maintenance of data management processes; including the data warehouses, reporting systems and data integration tools that make up the management information system.
As an ETL development lead, you must;
- Be a subject matter expert in all data management and processing activities - championing for group wide data management, governance, and quality across the enterprise.
- Be the point of contact, liaising with users, customers and application experts / vendors to ensure efficient and best practice use of required data to meet the reporting requirements of the business.
- Facilitate the requirements gathering, to undertake system configurations and to oversee change and problem management.
- Review and continuously improve recruitment processes, making sure they deliver a positive candidate experience.
What skills and experience will you need to apply?
- You will be a highly skilled ETL Developer with strong technical experience in using Business Intelligence systems.
- Ideally you will have at least 5 Years of experience working with SAP Business Objects Data Services, although other similar applications will be considered.
- Extensive Data Management experience.
- You will possess good customer service awareness.
- You will have experience in mentoring and motivating small teams.
Other desirable skills include;
- Experience in the Healthcare sector.
- Understanding of Transact SQL to assist in maintenance and support of the reporting environment.
- Experience of Business Analysis activities, such as workflows, requirements gathering, specification writing.
- Proven experience in the creation and delivery of documentation.
