This is a brilliant opportunity for those who have successfully implemented SF multiple times, with a particular focus on the Compensation and Benefits module. You will need to be a Subject Matter Expert in Comp + Bens and understand the system well enough to facilitate training on it.
In order to be considered for this opportunity you must have:
- Experience with the end-to-end implementation of multiple SuccessFactors solutions. With full working knowledge on the system and how it can bring benefits to a Professional Services business.
- Have led the functional design of the SF C+B solution on a global scale and have had previously had full accountability for the design as well as implementation and post go live support.
- A good understanding of the Change Management element of a new system integration, understand how to sell the new solutions to internal stakeholders and bring them on the journey. You must have credibility when discussing the solution and understand both the benefits and limits of what is possible.
- The ability to define programme benefits which are realistic and achievable whilst tracking and reporting on these throughout the programme.
- Experience working closely with HR Solutions Design Leads and understand their priorities in line with the overall programme.
- Experience identifying, training and supporting SF C+B super users and be able to facilitate knowledge transfer sessions.
- Experience working in a Professional Services organisation desirable
- Very strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Global HR Transformation experience

- You will be responsible for the overall solution design of the Compensation and Benefits module.
- You will be accountable for the delivery of the module, in conjunction with the SI partner.
- You will challenge the SI to ensure the delivery of an optimal solution.
- Remote initially but London based (Covid rules dependant)
