An exciting permanent opportunity to join a high performing Insurance business based in Central London, as Talent Development Manager.
You will be reporting directly into the Head of HR and will be responsible for scoping, managing and delivering the organisation's talent development and retention offering in line with the wider business strategic goals.
To be successful, you must have:
- Confidence in designing and delivering Learning and Development programmes using a wide range of delivery methods.
- A track record of assessing current frameworks and making necessary improvements within a regulated environment whilst being up to date on the latest developments and best practice across the Learning and Development landscape.
- Ability to manage relationships and influence across all levels.
- Able to confidently present to a wide range of audiences including C Suite colleagues and employees across the business.
A little more information about the role:
- You will be responsible for a culture of continuous improvement of the HR Systems, keeping abreast of relevant technical updates and enhancements to ensure a robust offering.
- Develop a range of leadership tools and practices to improve the performance of our managers and their teams whilst recognising the needs of a changing external environment.
- Provide meaningful MI on return of investment within Learning and Development and using this MI to continually make improvements and inform the strategy.
- Partner with the Head of HR on all aspects of Talent Management including, Talent acquisition, Learning and Development, Leadership Development, talent review, succession planning and Performance Management.
