Stanton House are delighted to be working on a Talent Manager role for a large Global organisation in Berkshire
As the Talent manager you will be reporting into the Talent & Capability Director, you will be responsible for implementing and designing talent and capability tools, interventions and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementing and designing talent and capability tools, interventions and processes.
- Managing roll out of new talent management solutions and products
- Monitoring and reporting the BAU Talent, identifying annual talent and review cycle by looking at identifying high potential employees and succession planning.
- Diversifying and strengthening the talent pipelines for leadership and business critical roles.
- Supporting the benchmarking and development of the senior leadership population by succession planning, leadership assessment, and development and implementation of initiatives to drive increased diversity within these roles.
The Successful Applicant
As the Talent Manager you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Identify, develop and deploy talent and influence at multiple organisation levels.
- Be accomplished in using data to drive insight and decision making.
- Implementing leading edge talent tools and interventions.
- Specialist knowledge or experience within behavior, psychology, talent consulting or human capital analytics is desirable.
