Microsoft Business Central ERP Functional Consultant
I am currently working with an Infrastructure business that are looking to implement Microsoft Business Central. They are looking for an interim Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant to support this programme
Role: Microsoft Business Central ERP Functional Consultant
Day Rate: £450pd - £500pd Outside IR35
Fully Remote
Contract: 6 months initially
Following a significant period of growth, the business is now scaling its systems, and you will step in as the Microsoft Business Central Functional expert, driving hands‑on configuration, design, build, test and deploy of new designs / fixes.
With a strong focus on finance‑related projects, you will support multiple workstreams (P2P, R2R and OTC) and play a key role in shaping a robust, scalable ERP environment during a pivotal phase of transformation and expansion.

Essential Experience Required:
- Strong Functional Consultant / Technical Architect experience within Microsoft Business Central ERP, including hands‑on module design and configuration.
- Track record of configuring, designing, building, testing and deploying new designs/fixes
- Excellent understanding of finance workstream modules required (Projects, P2P, O2C and R2R modules)
- Strong experience in PowerBI critical
- Strong functional troubleshooting skills with the ability to advise on system behaviour and configuration options.
- A good foundational understanding of core finance processes.
