Stanton House Consulting was engaged to lead on supplier selection and Data Warehouse delivery for the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). This was a significant undertaking for FOS with demanding time constraints and the Client recognised they needed support for the selection process as well as the subsequent Solution / Data Architect Services to hold the supplier to account in their delivery.

Stanton House Consulting deployed resources with strong Data / Solution Architect expertise in Azure. The supplier was selected and our team delivered the technical designs for the solution architecture. We delivered the data models for the new analytics platform and acted as the hands-on technical lead on the implementation of the data pipelines.

Stanton House was engaged to deliver a workstream of the Integration Programme for global insurer, Willis Towers Watson following the acquisition of an Insurance Broker with a footprint across Africa and Middle East. The workstream had stalled and the internal Change Team were at capacity.

We deployed a small and highly experienced team to deliver the assignment. The work involved integrating Businesses across the region that were operating on multiple legacy systems. The delivery necessitated site visits to several volatile countries and demanded an extremely adaptable stakeholder engagement approach

Stanton House was engaged by LCH Limited (part of the London Stock Exchange Group) on two separate assignments: (1) to undertake a review of a significant inflight programme and (2) to rapidly deliver a strategy around elements of the technology landscape for internal approval and subsequent presentation to an external regulator.

The first major assignment involved the deployment of a team of five consultants to undertake a review of a significant inflight programme (an enterprise-wide core application). The key deliverable in each case was the production of a detailed report for the Board of LCH Limited which received very positive feedback.

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development is a professional association for human resource management professionals providing accreditations globally. CIPD were looking to replace their existing legacy ERP system to drive increased technology centralisation and streamlining across their global operations.

Stanton House was engaged to help lead the business through the initial procurement RFP stage of the ERP vendor selection process, and to continue with delivery of the chosen ERP successfully through a Statement of Work agreement. This is a programme of work that is currently in flight.

Dentsu is a multinational media and digital marketing communications company headquartered in London with a Japanese parent company. Dentsu made the decision to embark on a finance transformation to standardise processes and create a more cost effective and value-add finance function. This transformation was to be underpinned by shifting to an outsourced Shared Service Centre and implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX as their new ERP.

Stanton House partnered with key stakeholders at Dentsu in order to help scope out the programme and understand delivery capabilities that would be needed along the way. ​We supplied a Programme Director to run the finance transformation and have since further supported Dentsu in such areas as finance process design, ERP implementation, data migration, PMO and Change Management.

A Family office funded Financial Services business wanted to develop a digital disruptive FinTech business to drive innovation and differentiation in the B2B SME lending space. An incubator business was established to drive innovation and delivery at pace.

We supplied a multi-disciplinary team across digital, business analysis and technology to drive out the new digital operating model and architecture, mapped business processes against the target customer experiencing and supplied a Scrum Master to drive the pace of technology delivery and quality.
