I lead our Consulting business and am responsible for both developing the propositions that meet the needs of our clients, as well as ensuring that we continue to successfully deliver on the critical change programmes that our clients trust us to deliver.
I have the combination of a deep background in consulting, including Big 4 and quality Tier 2 consultancies, along with a broad technology career, from the more traditional technology leadership roles (CIO/CTO) through to Fintech and InsureTech experience.
Outside of work I value time spent with my family, as well as taking part in extreme endurance challenges. Always at home on a bicycle (road, mountain or gravel), I can also be regularly found exploring the hills and mountains around the UK.

Proud Co-Founder of a Consulting business committed to consistent delivery for our clients as well as providing an exceptional customer experience. As Chief Customer Officer, I focus on ensuring that our team of consultants apply their expertise to our client customers to solve their problems/deliver on their requirements – in short to get stuff done.
Too often the customer perception of consulting is that the provider is excellent at reframing or diagnosing a problem and this is presented back in a beautiful deck. That is not our thing, what we take pride in is helping you make the lasting change you seek in your Business. Building the product / implementing the system all the way through to BAU – and leaving lasting knowledge transfer when we depart. As CCO I tune in to your feedback on how well we are delivering on that commitment.
Outside work, time with family dominates. I love sport (cycling / football / rugby) and reading / listening to smart people on technology, customer experience, economics.
Amanda Paradine
Project Support Manager
I specialise in project co-ordination, supporting the delivery of large scale technology and transformation programmes, ensuring that we deliver on time, to budget for our clients.
I have a diverse background across a range of industries and clients, with significant experience supporting high profile, complex programmes of work, with a technology focus.
Outside of work you'll find me spending time with family and friends, walking and exploring with my dog, trying new recipes – currently working my way through a Mexican cook book and a new found love of lifting weights in the gym (not too heavy yet!)
