Company Stanton House is partnering with a private equity-backed healthcare services organisation to appoint a senior finance leader into a key group-level position. The business operates across multiple locations and is investing in its finance function, systems, and controls to support continued growth. This opportunity offers exposure to strategic decision-making, acquisition activity, financial transformation, and the development of a high-performing finance function. Role Reporting to the CFO, you will lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, and strong governance across the group. This is a broad leadership role combining financial stewardship, operational oversight, and business partnership. You will support growth initiatives, financing activities, acquisitions, and the ongoing development of finance systems, processes, and controls. Responsibilities
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across the group.
Manage the annual statutory audit process, including group consolidation and technical accounting matters.
Oversee statutory accounts preparation and external auditor relationships.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, UK GAAP, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Maintain and enhance financial controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, working capital, treasury activities, and banking relationships.
Support debt facilities, funding arrangements, and lender reporting requirements.
