I am exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing healthcare technology business to appoint a commercially minded Finance Director. This is a rare opportunity to join a business at a genuinely exciting point in its journey. Backed by a recent private equity investment and with ambitious growth plans, the business is forecast to double in revenue over the next four years.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Group CFO and working closely with the Managing Director, you will be the financial lead for the business, partnering with the leadership team to support growth, improve commercial performance and shape strategic decision-making. You will have ownership of the P&L, lead and develop the finance team, drive commercial insight and influence key decisions around pricing, forecasting, growth strategy and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function and team.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Drive commercial analysis, pricing and commission modelling.
• Provide actionable insight to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead and develop the existing finance team.
• Oversee board reporting and business performance.
• Support the business through its next phase of growth.

About You

I am keen to speak with qualified accountants who combine strong finance fundamentals with real commercial finance capability. You will bring:

✅ Finance leadership experience within an established corporate with best practice and strong process understanding

✅ Experience of working in an SME or scaling business will be essential

✅ Strong FP&A and business partnering experience

✅ Experience influencing senior stakeholders

✅ A hands-on approach and willingness to get into the detail

✅ A track record of supporting business growth and driving performance
