Stanton House Recognised as One of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025

Posted on 23 May 2025

We’re delighted to announce that Stanton House has been officially recognised as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, in the Small Organisation category.

This prestigious accolade, powered by employee experience platform WorkL, celebrates organisations across the UK that are leading the way in creating outstanding employee experiences.

Out of thousands of businesses that took part in one of the UK’s largest employee engagement surveys, just 202 small organisations were recognised for delivering outstanding employee experience. We’re incredibly proud to be one of them.

At Stanton House, our Purpose is simple: to create exceptional experiences. That means we don’t just focus on customer outcomes; we put the same care and commitment into every colleague interaction. We know that a thriving business starts with a thriving team, and this recognition reinforces that belief.

The survey assesses organisations on six critical drivers of engagement and wellbeing:

·        Reward and Recognition

·        Empowerment

·        Information Sharing

·        Pride

·        Wellbeing

·        Job Satisfaction

Our inclusion is a testament to our values-led approach and our incredible team, whose energy, ambition, and integrity shape our culture every day.

Reflecting on the announcement, Stanton House CEO, Neil Wilson shared:

“This award reflects the care, courage, and consistency our people bring to their work every day. Our team deserves to feel valued and inspired - and being named a Best Place to Work is proof that we’re delivering on that promise.”

To our brilliant team, thank you. This one’s for you.
