Programme Manager - Post Merger Integration

Interim Programme Lead - Business Transformation | £700-£800/day | 4th August Start

We are currently working with a Private Equity backed business looking to hire an experienced Programme Manager / Programme Lead to lead a critical transformation and restructuring initiative. This high-impact, interim role will oversee the consolidation of c.10 businesses and legal entities into a streamlined group structure and simplified legal entitiy.

You'll be responsible for keeping the project on track, coordinating multiple workstreams across finance, HR, legal, and operations. The board has identified significant cost-saving and efficiency goals, with project completion targeted between March and June next year.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale integration or transformation programs with elements of restructure

  • Background in project or programme management and a qualification in this area

  • A proactive leader with energy, gravitas, and the ability to drive delivery

  • Hands-on and pragmatic - comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed and picking up tasks to support the goals of the business

  • Down to earth and approachable, with excellent stakeholder skills

  • Provate equity experience would be beneficial but is not mandatory - you must howver have worked on business integrations programmes

The role:

  • Acting as the sole project management specialist keeping on top of project plans, governance, coordination of teams and ensuring an on time delivery

  • Working closely with the CFO to support legal entity standardisation and the consolidation of companies into one sructure

  • Flagging and indentification of any potential bottlenecks that could cause delays to the programme

  • Operating across business funtions to ensure they are meeting deadlines and supporting where possible to aid successful delivery
