One of our clients is looking for an Oracle Fusion Programme Director to shape, drive and deliver an end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation.

Location: Hybrid (Central London based with 2-3 days a week travel)
Contract: Interim or FTC options available
Day Rate: £800pd - £1,000pd Outside IR35

About the Role
As Programme Director, you will lead a complex, multi-workstream Oracle Fusion ERP transformation from mobilisation through design, build, testing, go-live, and stabilisation. You will combine strategic vision with hands-on delivery discipline, ensuring the programme meets ambitious timelines, delivers measurable business value, and adheres to best-in-class governance and change management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of the Oracle Fusion ERP programme.
- Governance & Alignment: Drive programme controls, RAID management, and executive-level reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating technical progress into clear business narratives.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Lead engagement with System Integrator (SI) partners and third-party vendors.
- Change & Adoption: Champion organisational change and maximise end-user adoption.
- Risk & Budget Management: Manage a multi-million-pound budget and maintain robust risk mitigation strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership of enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion ERP transformations, ideally with two or more full-cycle implementations.
- Experience leading ERP implementations within small - medium size enterprises with relatively unstructured environments. (Only very large corporate implementations will not suffice)
- Experience managing SI partners and large-scale vendor relationships, holding their feet to the fire to ensure timely delivery to scope.
- Accountancy qualification a big bonus with a deep understanding of finance and procurement processes critical (GL, AP/AR, Procurement, Expenses, Reporting etc).
- Strong governance expertise, including budget stewardship and milestone management.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with credibility at C-suite and Board level.
- Hands-on delivery experience, as well as the strategic oversight
