An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Systems expert to join a dynamic, well recognised organisation. This role offers broad exposure across finance systems, reporting, and business processes, with the opportunity to play a key role in driving improvements, finance transformation and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
The Role You will take ownership of core finance systems and controls, ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely data to support reporting and business insight. Working closely with Finance, FP&A, and wider business stakeholders, you’ll drive improvements in systems, processes, and data quality, while supporting ongoing transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day administration of finance systems including budgeting, reporting, and ERP platforms
Act as the primary point of contact for system users, supporting queries and driving best practice
Become the bridge between IT and finance
Manage data flows, integrations, and system governance to ensure accuracy and consistency
Support the development and enhancement of reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
Partner with FP&A to deliver improved business insight and automate reporting outputs
Maintain strong controls over system access, data integrity, and audit requirements
Monitor and resolve system issues, coordinating with internal and external providers
Lead data quality initiatives, including reconciliations and exception reporting
Support finance systems upgrades, implementations, and ongoing optimisation
Manage and develop junior team members
About You
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Strong experience in finance systems, ERP environments, or finance transformation roles
Proven track record of driving process improvements and system optimization
Experience working in a multi-entity or complex business environment
Confident supporting and influencing stakeholders across finance and operations
Skills & Attributes

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
Advanced Excel and strong reporting capability
Confident communicator with stakeholder management experience
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
