One of our media clients is looking for a NetSuite Functional Consultant to support a wider NetSuite ERP implementation.
Role: NetSuite Functional Consultant
Location: Hybrid with 2-3 days a week in Central London
Contract: Initial 3 months (Outside IR35)
Day Rate: £450-£640pd DOE Outside IR35
Start: ASAP / urgent requirement

We are supporting a global organisation delivering a major finance and ERP transformation programme focused on improving procurement processes, financial controls, and operational efficiency through NetSuite.
With significant investment in systems optimisation and process standardisation, the business is looking to strengthen its ERP capability with an experienced NetSuite functional specialist who can bridge the gap between business requirements and system delivery.
Role
This position sits at the heart of the NetSuite programme, working closely with finance, procurement, and technical teams to turn business requirements into scalable system solutions.
The focus is on maximising native NetSuite functionality through workflow configuration, system design, security controls, reporting, and master data management. You will own the functional design and configuration process, ensuring development effort is only required where genuine gaps exist.

Responsibilities
- Build, test and configure and maintain approval workflows using SuiteFlow
- Design purchasing, vendor, and master data structures within NetSuite
- Configure forms, custom fields, custom segments, and system preferences
- Configure and maintain core P2P records including Vendor Masters
- Manage roles and permissions to support segregation of duties and audit requirements
- Gather and document business requirements from finance and procurement stakeholders
- Produce user stories, functional specifications, and developer-ready requirements
- Act as the key link between business users and technical teams
- Build and maintain saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and SuiteAnalytics reporting
- Support testing, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure configurations align with finance controls, governance, and best practice
Requirements
Essential
- 5+ years' experience as a NetSuite Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Inventory Management and General Ledger processes/modules
- Advanced NetSuite configuration experience including SuiteFlow, Form Customisation, Saved Searches, and Roles/Permissions management
- NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or NetSuite Certified Administrator certification
- Experience translating business requirements into functional designs and system configurations
- Strong foundational knowledge of corporate purchasing workflows, accounts payable, 3-way matching principles, and multi-subsidiary environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills - Ability to work effectively across both business and technical teams
