Role: COINS ERP Project Manager Location: 2 days a week in a Midlands location Day Rate: £550-£650pd Outside IR35 Duration: 6 months initially Role An experienced COINS ERP Project Manager is required to take ownership of a large-scale transformation programme. This role requires a hands-on project leader who can build strong stakeholder relationships, drive accountability, and maintain momentum across a complex programme. Responsibilities
Lead the successful delivery of a multi-phase COINS ERP transformation programme.
Drive project governance, planning, risk management, and delivery milestones.
Coordinate internal stakeholders, third-party partners, and COINS specialists.
Support the review and optimisation of existing COINS modules and legacy integrations.
Drive standardisation of COINS processes and operating models across the organisation.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across finance, commercial and operational teams.
Requirements Essential
Proven experience delivering COINS ERP projects within a construction business a must
House Builder / Construction industry experience critical
Strong ERP programme and project management background.
Experience managing complex business change and transformation initiatives.
Ability to operate autonomously and drive delivery against challenging deadlines.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Track record of managing risks, issues, and dependencies in large-scale ERP programmes.
Desirable
Exposure to COINS versions 12.03 or 12.05.
Experience with Bill of Quantities (BoQ/BAQ) processes.
