Henry Yeomans has been appointed to the Stanton House Operating Board.  

It is my pleasure to announce that Henry Yeomans has been appointed to the Stanton House Operating Board. Henry joined Stanton House as a fresh-faced Graduate in September 2013, and he has had a massively positive impact on Company culture and performance from day one.

He achieved well in all of his roles as he progressed through his Consultant promotions, making Principal Consultant in mid-2016. In the years that followed, Henry went on to manage Interim Finance working closely with our MD, Dave Fleming and our CEO, Neil Wilson as we built out our Finance offering in London. I know he would be the first to say how much he learnt from them. Henry was also instrumental in building our niche specialism within Finance Transformation.

I then had the pleasure of working closely with Henry as we planned our US expansion in 2019. He and I visited three US Cities in January 2019, NYC, Philadelphia and Chicago, to make a final decision on where Stanton House would set up in Business.

Despite the good omen of Stanton Street in Manhattan, and the filthy weather of Chicago during the Polar Vortex, we both knew Chicago was the place for us.  

In September 2019 Henry was promoted to Director and Vice President of Stanton House Inc. and headed off to start a life in Chicago, closely followed by two intrepid colleagues in James Warren and Josh White. 

And what a job they have done in less than two years. Breaking a stack of Company records and building something very special. Henry has also done a great job in preparing the Business for our next stage of growth in the US.  

For many years Henry has had a strong voice at a Company level and contributes to Company-wide decisions and initiatives on a consistent basis. He epitomises the Stanton House Values and his Customer focus is unquestionable. 

With the increasing success and future strategic significance of our US business, alongside Henry’s increasing capability as a leader, strategist and a creator of high-performance culture, there’s no doubt that the Operating Board will be a better team with his inclusion.
