Technology Strategy Consultant

My client, a leading financial services business are seeking a highly experienced technology strategist to support them in shaping and delivering a forward-looking technology strategy. This is a senior contractor role suited to someone who has both strategic design expertise and a hands-on technical background. The role will initially be for 2-3 months with strong potential to extend

The role tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide full technology strategy design.
• Conduct technical assessments of potential enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with technology leaders across the organisation to evaluate options and define priorities.
• Contribute to the design of a target-state enterprise architecture that enables scalability and future growth.

Skills and Experience required:

• A strong technology-focused background, ideally with experience in financial services or wealth management (though not essential).
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing technology strategies at an enterprise level.
• A track record that blends enterprise architecture with hands-on development or engineering experience.
• A seasoned tehncologist with ideally experience from consulting.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the Salesforce technology stack.
• Experience with SS&C / Bluedoor platforms.
• Knowledge of data architecture and design.
