- Consolidate and structure large data sets, ensuring they are clean, refreshable and suitable for investor‑grade reporting.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to inform decision‑making across finance, operations and leadership.
- Work closely with FP&A, the CFO, CTO and senior leadership to understand reporting needs and prioritise deliverables.
- Engage with stakeholders across a large multi‑site estate and central teams to gather requirements and ensure dashboard relevance and usability.
- Iterate rapidly and deliver outputs at pace across multiple workstreams linked to an ongoing exit process.
- Partner with external advisors to define and develop dashboards.
- Ensure data consistency, quality and professional presentation suitable for investor and advisor scrutiny.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong hands‑on Tableau development experience, capable of independently building dashboards, data models and KPI frameworks.
- Experience working within complex, multi‑site organisations (e.g. retail, hospitality, childcare, healthcare or similar sectors).
- Strong data storytelling capability, with the ability to bring insights to life through intuitive and impactful dashboards.
- Proven experience in operationally complex environments is essential.
- Exposure to private equity‑backed businesses or exit processes is desirable but not mandatory.
- Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment with tight timelines.
