About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced consultant to support the recent launch of our Private-Equity CFO team into the US market. This is a pivotal role in our ambitious growth plans, which will pave the way for our international expansion into the highly lucrative US PE market. Our Private-Equity practice has seen exponential growth since it’s launch in 2023, with the highest average Daily GP, deal size and billings per head across our UK business.
This role will focus on placing permanent CFO’s, and CFO-1, with mid-market PE backed businesses across the US.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-performing team, which can lead to a wide range of career opportunities. The role will require some flexibility to meet customer needs, with occasional travel to Chicago and working US hours.
As a Principal Consultant at Stanton House, you are responsible for achieving your annual fee targets by immersing yourself in your niche market. You will be an expert on growing your customer network, winning new business, and self-sufficient in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
No matter your level of experience, we will provide a bespoke training programme to help you achieve your ambitions, whether that is to manage a team or continue down the client development and pure customer route.
What we’re looking for
- An established permanent consultant, with a track-record of success in placing candidates at CFO, and CFO-1 level
- Knowledge of the Private Equity market
- An outstanding billing track record with proven sales and business development success
- Alignment with our values – Integrity, Energy & Ambition
- Genuinely passionate about relationship building and the customer experience, with the drive to succeed
- Positive, resilient and highly organised. Detail-oriented, and able to work at pace under pressure
- Good business acumen and commercial awareness
- A sense of humour and someone who doesn't take life too seriously!
