Overview

Leading retail organisation seeks a Finance Business Process Lead / SME to support a critical Oracle Retail implementation within a wider finance transformation programme. This is an urgent backfill for a departing senior lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end finance processes
• Support Oracle Retail across:
  • Purchase orders
  • Stock & sales ledgers
  • Invoice matching
• Define future finance operating models
• Work closely with transformation teams, tech teams, and implementation partners

Requirements

• Strong Oracle Retail experience (essential)
• Finance process expertise in retail environments
• Experience with stock ledger, sales ledger, and AP processes
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Desirable: Oracle Fusion, online/grocery retail background
