A leading FMCG organisation is seeking a high‑performing FP&A Manager to join its dynamic finance function. This is a pivotal role within a fast‑paced, commercially driven environment, working across iconic household brands and partnering closely with senior leadership.
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will play a central role in shaping financial performance, driving forecasting excellence, and providing strategic insights that influence decision‑making at both UK and international levels.
As FP&A Controller, you will take ownership of the full forecasting cycle and be responsible for delivering high‑quality analysis across the total P&L. You will work cross‑functionally with Commercial Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ensure the business has clear visibility of performance and future outlook.
Lead all business forecasting, providing robust analysis and insight to support strategic decisions.
Own the total P&L reporting, preparing monthly performance decks for UK Leadership and International HQ.
Manage the monthly forecast cycle, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely updates.
Prepare analysis and presentations for monthly business review meetings (M meetings).
Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, including modelling, reporting and senior‑level presentations (SMRD).
Support the medium‑ and long‑term planning cycles, including 5‑year value creation planning.
Partner with Commercial Finance and wider business functions to drive performance improvement initiatives.
Conduct COGs analysis and review, identifying trends and opportunities.
Support finance automation and reporting enhancements, particularly through Power BI.
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 5+ years PQE.
Strong background in FMCG or a similarly fast‑paced consumer environment.
Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail.
Advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, database familiarity).
Confident communicator able to challenge, influence and partner across the business.
Proactive, self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving performance.
