Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will play a central role in shaping financial performance, driving forecasting excellence, and providing strategic insights that influence decision‑making at both UK and international levels.

The Role

As FP&A Controller, you will take ownership of the full forecasting cycle and be responsible for delivering high‑quality analysis across the total P&L. You will work cross‑functionally with Commercial Finance, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to ensure the business has clear visibility of performance and future outlook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all business forecasting, providing robust analysis and insight to support strategic decisions.

  • Own the total P&L reporting, preparing monthly performance decks for UK Leadership and International HQ.

  • Manage the monthly forecast cycle, collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely updates.

  • Prepare analysis and presentations for monthly business review meetings (M meetings).

  • Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process, including modelling, reporting and senior‑level presentations (SMRD).

  • Support the medium‑ and long‑term planning cycles, including 5‑year value creation planning.

  • Partner with Commercial Finance and wider business functions to drive performance improvement initiatives.

  • Conduct COGs analysis and review, identifying trends and opportunities.

  • Support finance automation and reporting enhancements, particularly through Power BI.

About You

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Strong background in FMCG or a similarly fast‑paced consumer environment.

  • Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Advanced Excel capability (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, database familiarity).

  • Confident communicator able to challenge, influence and partner across the business.

  • Proactive, self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

  • Strong commercial acumen and a passion for driving performance.
