  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of management accounts, statutory reporting, and financial statements.
  • Lead external audit processes and maintain strong relationships with auditors and advisers.
  • Maintain and enhance financial controls, governance frameworks, and risk management processes.
  • Drive automation, process improvement, and reporting efficiencies across finance.
  • Oversee finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and transactional finance activities.
  • Ensure finance processes remain scalable and fit for purpose as the business grows.
  • Manage lender and funding stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee liquidity planning, funding utilisation, covenant compliance, and capital management activities.
  • Support refinancing, funding optimisation, and facility expansion initiatives.
  • Develop and lead high-performing teams across FP&A, financial control, operations, and funding activities.
  • Build strong business partnering capabilities across the wider organisation.
Requirements
Essential

  • Experience presenting financial performance and strategic insight to Executive and Board-level stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of financial reporting, audit management, and control framework ownership.
  • Ability to translate financial information into clear business recommendations and actions.
  • Experience leading, developing, and retaining high-performing finance teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

  • Knowledge of treasury, liquidity management, and capital planning.
  • Experience supporting or leading finance transformation and automation initiatives.
  • Track record of scaling finance functions in high-growth businesses.
