Stanton House is partnering with a client to identify an experienced Senior AI Data Product Manager to lead the evolution and productionisation of strategic AI-driven products within a growing enterprise AI programme.
This role requires someone who can bridge business strategy, product thinking, data, and emerging AI capabilities to ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will take ownership of an existing AI product that is approaching User Acceptance Testing (UAT), helping shape its future direction, maximise business value, and support its transition into a sustainable business capability.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive progress through ambiguity and complex organisational challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap and evolution of an AI-based data product.
- Understand business pain points and identify opportunities to create value through AI and data.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams and technical delivery teams.
- Work through data quality and validation challenges affecting product performance.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, adoption and benefits realisation.
- Shape future use cases and identify opportunities to expand the product's capabilities.
- Support the transition from project delivery into BAU operations and secure ongoing investment.
- Challenge assumptions, remove blockers and provide strategic direction across the product lifecycle.
Skills & Experience Needed
- Strong Data Product Management experience, ideally within AI, analytics or machine learning products.
- Good understanding of AI, ML and emerging Agentic AI concepts and their business applications.
- Ability to translate business challenges into product opportunities and roadmaps.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with data engineers, delivery teams and business users.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and driving initiatives proactively.
- Experience dealing with data quality, governance and adoption challenges.
- Self-starter who can challenge thinking, think creatively and push opportunities forward.
