Role: NetSuite Business Systems Analyst & Configurator
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in London)
Contract: Initial 3 months
Day Rate: £540-£640pd (Outside IR35)

We are supporting a global organisation undertaking a major ERP transformation programme. The business is focused on improving procurement operations, financial governance, and system efficiency through the optimisation of NetSuite.
Role
Working closely with finance, procurement, and technical teams, you will translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions. The focus is on maximising native functionality through workflow design, system configuration, security controls, and reporting.
Responsibilities

Configure approval workflows and purchasing controls using SuiteFlow

Manage vendor, purchasing, item, and financial master data structures

Configure forms, custom fields, segments, roles, permissions, and system preferences

Support segregation of duties, compliance controls, and audit readiness

Gather requirements and produce functional specifications for development teams

Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams

Build saved searches, KPIs, dashboards, and SuiteAnalytics reporting

Support testing, issue resolution, and continuous system improvement
Requirements
Essential
-
3-5+ years' NetSuite Business Analyst or Functional Consultant experience

Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Inventory, and General Ledger processes

Advanced NetSuite configuration experience, including SuiteFlow, Form Customisation, Saved Searches, and Roles & Permissions

Experience working in multi-subsidiary environments

Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Understanding of purchasing controls, accounts payable, and three-way matching principles

NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant or Administrator

Experience within SOX-controlled or audit-regulated environments
