Stanton House Expands to San Francisco Strengthening Its North American Cybersecurity & AI Offering

Stanton House is proud to announce the expansion of its North American operations to San Francisco and the wider Bay Area, marking a significant milestone in our continued growth across the US Cybersecurity and AI markets.

Already headquartered in Chicago, where our US business has gone from strength to strength, this move establishes a physical West Coast presence to better support clients operating at the forefront of global technology innovation.

The Bay Area has long been central to the work we do. As a specialist recruitment partner to Cybersecurity and AI-led organizations, we have spent years supporting high-growth startups, enterprise businesses, and PE- and VC-backed firms across the region. However, being physically present on the ground represents a step change in how we serve this market.

This expansion will be spearheaded by James Warren, Senior Vice President at Stanton House, who brings deep expertise in scaling security functions and tech businesses across high-growth and enterprise environments. James has worked extensively in the Bay Area for several years, partnering with customers, delivering thought leadership, and embedding himself in the local tech ecosystem. From this summer, he will be based in San Francisco, creating a dedicated West Coast hub for Stanton House.
