About the opportunity:
Stanton House is partner with an Identity Security/Deepfake Cybersecurity startup to hire a Solutions Engineer. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll partner with Account Executives to design, configure, and deliver identity verification and cybersecurity solutions for enterprise customers. You'll own the technical sales cycle—from proof of concept through integrations and early customer onboarding—translating requirements into practical configurations and measurable business value.

What you'll be doing:
-Partner with Account Executives and customers' technical teams to scope and deliver hands-on proofs of concept, including bespoke integrations with directories, security tools, and IT service platforms.
-Translate complex identity and cybersecurity concepts into clear, outcome focused demos and narratives for technical and business stakeholders.
-Troubleshoot technical issues during evaluations and POCs, collaborating with product and engineering to remove obstacles to adoption.
-Document configurations and provide continuity through early customer onboarding to ensure successful implementation.
-Provide field feedback to inform product roadmap, documentation, and go-to-market strategy.

What we're looking for:
-Several years of Solutions or Sales Engineer experience in B2B software, with a proven track record of running technical validations and proofs of concept.
-Strong background in cybersecurity and/or identity and access management (IAM), with knowledge of modern identity concepts like SSO, SAML, OAuth2/OIDC, and familiarity with platforms like Okta or Microsoft Entra.
-Hands-on experience configuring integrations, working with APIs, and troubleshooting multi-application environments in enterprise contexts.
-Ability to partner closely with Account Executives through the full sales cycle, from discovery through closing and onboarding.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable leading technical deep dives and translating complex configurations into business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
-Proactive problem solver with a collaborative working style, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent POCs in a fast-paced startup environment.
