Acuity will continue the work of what was Stanton House’s search practice and will focus on C-Suite and leadership roles for disruptive, high-growth or transforming businesses.
Whilst our devotion to delivering the best possible outcomes to our customers remains unchanged, we felt it was time to separate our offerings with a distinct brand. We have done this to better articulate the depth and detail of our Search offering and to share the key learns gained from supporting some of the world’s most innovative businesses. We also felt that it was important to articulate our differentiated commitment to delivering an exceptional match, pulling together a commercial model that supports brilliant outcomes, not just a brilliant process.
In building the Acuity business, it has been a privilege to learn from our customers in developing our proposition. We have learned there is no “standard” approach, we adopt your priorities as our own and work with a relentless determination and a commitment to being incisive with every interaction.
