ERP Principal Consultant (German Speaking)

One of our PE clients is looking for a German speaking ERP Consultant to lead an ERP health check and implementation

Role: German Speaking ERP Consultant
Contract: 3 months initially
Day Rate: £900pd-£1,100pd Outside IR35
Remote with the potential ad hoc travel to Germany required

The Hiring Manager describes this role as:
"A critical role to lead a top-down ERP transformation health check, including risk review, system integration assessment, and program execution diagnostics, providing recommendations. You will evaluate integration points across ERP, CRM, and HCM platforms, ensuring interoperability and alignment with strategic business goals. You may then deliver these recommendations."

Key Requirements:

• Fluent German in a MUST
• Worked for PE backed organisations, with an appreciation for the fast paced nature of Private Equity

• Consulting experience with either BIG4, MBB (McKinsey/Bain/BCG), Alvarez & Marsal/PE Advisory or IT Consulting
• ERP expert in health check reviews, recommendation analysis for large complex businesses
• Broader transformation experiences beneficial (TOM, carve-out/M&A due diligence, cost optimisation or pre-deal experience ideal)
• Strong stakeholder management skills required, experience engaging with c-suite and PE operating partners critical
• Must be able to travel to Germany if needed, although not regularly

This is an initial 3 month contract outside IR35, with ad hoc travel to a German office.
